Southwest District Health TikTok Challenge!
Southwest District Health is sponsoring 10 teens to attend the Idaho Drug Free Youth, Youth Summit in June 2022. Watch the video below to get an idea of how much fun you’ll have this summer at the IDFY Youth Summit!
To qualify for a sponsorship teens will create a PSA (public service announcement) that includes anti-vaping or tobacco use messaging on their TikTok account. In your video highlight 5 things that are better than smoking, chewing, or vaping and use the hashtag - #vapefreeSWidaho
Sponsorships will be awarded to the 5 TikTok videos with the most likes and the 5 TikTok videos with the most shares.
SWDH TikTok Challenge Rules:
- Must be 13-18 years old
- Live in Owyhee County
- Create PSA that highlights 5 things that are better than vaping, smoking, or chewing tobacco
- Post the PSA video on TikTok between April 13 – May 11, 2022
- Use hashtag #vapefreeSWidaho
Winners of the TikTok challenge will be notified May 13, 2022. If a student is unable to attend, the next runner-up for most likes on their TikTok video will receive a scholarship. Transportation to the camp is included in the sponsorship.
